Oil on Canvas produced by an old master in a traditional, mid 19th century style, this half portrait of a bearded gentleman is probably an English officer. The horn on the epulette is perhaps fanciful as we cannot find any branch of any nation’s military that is similar to it. Abrasion on right of canvas. 18″ x 24″ canvas 33″x 26.5″ frame
