Description
The faux tortoise shell was made in London with sterling silver mounts by the Charles Henry Dumenil company. It has a crack in one corner. The repose gold chased sterling silver needle case, needle threader, scissors, size 8 thimble, and awl are marked JB with a lion and crown denoting they were made in Sheffield of sterling silver by James Beebe. The thimble is chased with 14k gold. 4.5″x3″x1″
